- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespooons cocoa

MethodFor Fudge Icing Recipe
1. Put butter, milk & cocoa into a saucepan & heat gently until it's all mixed together. Take it off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
2. Add the icing sugar - about a quarter of it at a time - then beat until smooth.Tip :
Let the frosting cool down a bit before you apply it to a cake.
